Great place for your holiday!
The Garden Holiday Village is great place on the map of Mallorca! We really enjoyed our stay in September. Big advantage that is adult only so you have guarantee that your stay will be calmly and full of chill. The rooms are cleaned every day and you have fresh towels. Very good breakfasts with wide range of choices - everyone will find something! Delicious coffee! The location is also big advantage - it is away from the main streets which ensures peace and quiet and you have a 1km walk to the beach. You can arrange your time at hotel with swimming pool, gym, tennis, plays with animator (greetings to Jakub! ) and great musician evenings.
I think that bathrooms could be refreshed.. Somewhere you can find damaged tiles and traces of mold In our friends room (in a separate house) there was smelly in the bathroom during all stay..

Wonderful
The atmosphere in the hotel is quiet, peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. Adults only, no loud music, no crowds. If you are looking for a party mode, then this place is not for you. I like the app and the digital upgrade the hotel had. It's nice to have some activities and evening shows. Plenty of sunbeds near the pool and the territory of the hotel is green and well maintained. The service in the restaurant is very good, the staff is working hard, waiters clean the plates very quickly. The animator is great fun and he tries his best to build a good atmosphere. If the spa facilities would be upgraded, with a heated pool and a jacuzzi, sauna next to it, better quality of food, it could actually be a nice 5 star hotel.
The food is average. Yes, there is always a choice of dishes and we always managed to find some nice dishes, black paella was really nice, baked spinach with cheese. But overall the quality of the products is 3 out of 5. Cold charcuterie is average, only sobrasada looked decent. One evening they were cooking on a grill iberian pork which I was very excited about, but unfortunately it was tough and flavourless. If you ever had iberian pork in a good restaurant, you know what I mean. Also, during dinner there are no drinks at all, not even water is included. I would suggest to reduce the selection of dishes and invest to upscale the quality of the products. Also, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi are not heated, the water was too cold to swim. Sauna is wierdly located upstairs near the gym and needs to be booked. No one uses it due to it being located in a wrong place. If there would be a sauna next to jacuzzi and a pool, it will be a victory. Reception team could be friendlier. There was one super lovely and friendly young girl with dark long hair (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name), she checked us in a very friendly manner and was very warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I have a problem with my knee and I was in pain. Our room was on the first floor with stairs. I came to speak to Reception to change the room to the ground floor. The lady with ginger hair said I need to pay more to upgrade as they didn't have the same room category on the ground floor. I was not keen to pay more for the ground floor. I explained that due to the knee injury I struggled to take the suitcase upstairs and when we check out I will struggle to bring it downstairs. She told me not to worry at all and when I check out, they can send people to help me.

Very Good
The personal was the best! The everyday new gummies at the reception (especially if you’re a cyclist) were tops notch! Also, it was great how close the hotel was to the beach
The hotel rooms could be modernised, especially bathrooms, the minor issues could be repaired
